ONLINE: Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at pinkchairboutique@gmail.com or initiate a return here. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags. Please be aware that orders cannot be altered, modified, or canceled once the checkout process is complete.

IN-STORE: Refunds are available within seven days of purchase and will be processed to the original payment method. Please ensure you retain the receipt and that all tags remain attached to the item.
